Hey, how many people here have received the new owners survey? I ask, because I haven't received just one phone call, but I've been called twice by American Honda, have filled out two paper surveys, and have just finished taking another survey from JD Power that was emailed to me.
That's 5 separate surveys!
I'm very impressed with how much Honda seems to care about the success of our favorite 5-door. And how good a car it is.
Just curious if anyone else here has had this much interaction with them.
Oh, and the second call. Apparently, I'm actually assigned to someone at customer service at A.H. I have the number, and I can call them if I ever have a problem, or need information.

Only one survey call
Now I'm feeling neglected. The salesman called. The survey folks called once. That was all

my fit is still on order, so i dont know. but when i bought was called a couple of times and got some survey's in the mail. i bet you get more when you actually fill them out.
