Alright group, this is the official Fit Freak Forza 4 Contest. To start I want to explain how the basics of this contest are going to work.

General Rules
- Each contest period will be marked with an end date.

- Each period will have a specific car, performance class (R3, A, C, etc.) and a specific track.

- You will compete to run your fastest lap and then post with your Gamertag (GT) and lap time.
- Laps MUST BE CLEAN! (No hazard indicator on leaderboard)
- I will verify all times on the Forza 4 Leaderboard.
- Times will be subject to verification. (Proof of GT ownership.)

- As people post I will verify the times and add them to the leaderboard in this first post.

Posted times are NOT official until you see them on the leaderboard in this first post.

- If there are any issues with your posted time I will PM you with them.


Points System
There will be points issued based on place at the end of each section of the contest. The overall points leaders will be kept track of on a separate leaderboard. After 10 contest periods the current overall points leader will be announced as the winner of the first “season” of the contest.

I will do my very best to try to have a decent prize for the person who finishes first at the end of the season. I will also update you guys as the prize information updates.

The points system that will be used is borrowed from Formula one. At the end of each section the leaders will be issued points in the following way:

First ---------- 25 Points
Second ------- 18 Points
Third ---------- 15 Points
Fourth -------- 12 Points
Fifth ---------- 10 Points
Sixth ----------- 8 Points
Seventh -------- 6 Points
Eighth ---------- 4 Points
Ninth ----------- 2 Points
Tenth ----------- 1 Point

Also, for the record I plan on being an active competitor in this event. I feel with the guidelines set and with the ability for anyone who views this thread to verify times on the Forza 4 leaderboards I can participate without anyone having too much concern.

If you have a concern about my participation please feel free to let me know via PM and we can discuss it. Perhaps there is a possible problem I am not seeing at this early point in the contest.

 

So far I have only pulled one session. Need to so some serious tuning on my B-Class setup.

I've gotta build a B-spec car to compete and get a time in...I do have another B car but it's not a fit. It has to be a fit right? lol

 

ok question, what will happen if someone who competes has already posted a better time with a different car within the same class and track? is there away to view the times by cars? or does the leader boards only show the BEST time?

That is a very good question. I am pretty sure the leaderboard will only show the best time.

The only real way I can think to solve this is the person saves the replay and uploads it to their store. Then the person would have to shoot me a PM with their information so I can view it.

Unfortunately the race results screen doesn't show the track so that can't be used for verification.

I guess at this point I just hope this doesn't come up too much, haha.

Are you sure you were on Tsukuba Full and the lap wasn't dirty/flawed?

 

Wow turns out my car turned into an A car because I added some J's aero last minute lol. its at A/501...Let me correct this and then get a few more laps in.

Yea I saw that just now I've been playing this whole time..you're a beast. I cannnoootttt for the life of me break the 1:05 mark and I've been through two different set ups.

 

Haha, thanks man. Pretty much the only games I play are Forza and Call of Duty series games. I spend some pretty serious time tuning my cars which is what most of it comes from.

After a bit I may kick my Fit tune into my store. It needs quite a bit more tuning first.

 

Yea I was trying all kinds of different things all the way from tire pressures to different engine set ups. Can't find a good combination just yet. Of course I need the driver mod also.

 

Sounds like exactly how I feel every time I go to the track in real life.

 

So what is your best time so far, that way we can at least get you on the leaderboard.
