rear window distortion

I noticed today that my rear window has an almost holographic spot in it. Horizontal hazy circles on the whole window. What causes this, and how can I fix it?

You just met solbrothers. Take a close look at sol's sig... really not that bad a dude, been around longer than many. Place is full of characters so get used to it and take it all lightly. Tons of good info and answers and friends.

All right, I'll chill. But really, how would someone just magically know that polarized lenses make the UV barrier in the rear window more obvious? I'm just figuring all this stuff out, so take it easy on me. Cheers!
