I agree with you 95%. The 5% is your reference to the power folding mirrors being bling. In Japan and most asian countries, streets, especially side streets, can be very narrow. Having a button to fold your mirrors saves you from having to get out of your car to fold the curb-side mirror before parking on the street, most likely within inches of a wall. In Bangkok, I have actually seen two cars traveling in opposite directions on a narrow side street that had to fold their mirrors before they could pass by each other.

In America, it would be bling. In Japan, it's as necessary as navigation systems, the internet, and cellphones on which you can watch TV.

*EDIT*

My mirrors have POWER ADJUSTMENT, so i can adjust the yaw/pitch/angle whatever with a single toggling button

and they fold, but fold manually using my hands...

so maybe it means "Powered, folding mirrors"
