What's good OTD price on 2011 base auto
I've just been offered $17,300 OTD (including tax, tags, destination charge) for a 2011 auto base fit. This is in Maryland. Is that a good price? Given how high the demand is for the fits and the 2012 are slowly trickling in, what's a good price to pay for a new 2011 auto base fit?

truecar.com shows the dealer cost on a 2011 Base Fit auto at $15,951.
OTD at $17,300 less 6% sales tax is $16,320. Don't know what registration fees are but probably they're less than $50. Anyway they're making about $400 on the deal. It's a good buy at $17,300 OTD
KBB shows $16,172 as a "fair purchase price". I wouldn't haggle over a hundred bucks or so.
