Jazz/Fit in Italy?

I have been in Italy since Tuesday and I have not seen one Honda Jazz/Fit. There are lots of cars here in the same class as the Jazz/Fit. I have seen Mercedes Benz, Fiat, Hundai, Alfa Romeo, Pugeot, and Toyota Yaris. How did Italy miss out on the Jazz/Fit?

Check out their website:

http://www.honda.it/index_configurateur.php

and choose "Jazz"-- So they're for sale, but just not popular in the towns where you've been?

Lotsa loyal Fiat, Lancia and Alpha owners. Italianos are very nationalistic.

Greetings from Italy

I have been in Italy on business since Tuesday and I have not seen one Fit/Jazz here. There are lots of cars that are similar tothe Fit/Jazz. These small five door cars are made by Fiat, Peugot, Ford (not the one we see in the US), Mercedes Benz, Alfa Romeo, others and the Toyota Yaris. Mercedes even makes a little two seater that looks like an Easter egg on wheels called the Smar Car.

I thought that the Jazz was imported into Europe? By the way gasoline here costs about 1.15 Euros per liter. A Euro is worth about a $1.45 US. That's about $5.80 US a gallon. People here drive very aggresivly!

Flybobob,
Please do not start two threads to discuss the same topic. If you want to add additional information just post again in your original thread.

Thanks
