Cusco also makes a rear swaybar for the GE8 Fit's, here's how that looks:
Notice how it's the same general design as the Progress bar? 16mm vs 19mm for Progress.
Maybe more people will believe that the bar does something if it's coming from a very well known a d reputable company like Cusco....

Holy thread revival Batman! 2011 to 2021.. LOL
The Progress rear anti-roll bar been proven to be effective LONG ago as it is frequently seen on B Spec prepped GE and GK Fits for SCCA events as well as was one of the common bang for buck add ons for Fits running STF autocross events.
It effectively "pre-loads" or "pre-tensions" the semi-independent torsion beam to reduce flex during cornering... If memory serves me right it tends to similar to adding 50 lbs/inch of pre-load on the beam when used in conjunction with stock or Progress springs.

found it interesting that it also has NO mid mounting points (poly bushings)
does someone make an Anti-Sway Bar with traditional 4 point mounting?

Regardless, I can tell you that the Progress bar on our GD with only two mounts works well.

Some of the fastest Fits on open road courses run a Progress rear bar and no front sway bar at all. They then tune to their driving style with spring rates. That is all to eliminate the understeer.
