Have you left the car with them for a few days? I would insist they take it and not return it until it is fixed.
Do you have any options to take it to another Honda dealership?
The next step is a letter to Honda corporate Offices.

If you have Honda`s e-mail or address that would be great I could find that information anywhere on the internet .

I know how you feel... I have my 2010 Crosstour which broke a valve and took out almost all of the lower internal parts at only 19K miles.
Back to topic... your MPG is ridiculous! and I thought I had it worse with my 2010 Fit doing only in the lower to mid 20's MPG
Yours could be a combination of things but I got my MPG back into spec with new spark plugs. Just read on... https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...tml#post982773 and check yours... check the gaps.

I'm starting to think Honda made a lemon when they made the FIT my 2009 Honda Fit sucks gas like a 3.0 liter Audi. And know-one seems to know why. I cleaned the injectors replaced the air-filter and baby the car I never push it hard ,it only has 27000 km on it why its getting terrible mileage is a mystery.
My car is also a 2009 automatic.
i have 19,000 miles on it right now.
I am also getting BAD gas mileage.
what did you do to remedy it?
thanks
