i have the sport AT
my worst is about 23 ><
best is prolly around 28...
i've never broke 30 /cry
i drive lightly, never going too fast, always around the speed limit... perhaps i should start checking tire psi and use a different brand of gas, thought i read something about 76 being able to get out a few more miles.

The worst for me is 27 mpg. I have a Sport AT.
Best so far is 30 mpg.
My tires were 30 psi when I got 27 mpg. After I inflated it back to 32 psi, I got 30mpg.

I’m now on tank number 2, but tank number 1 averaged about 24 mpg on my Silver Storm Fit AT Sport, with heavy city/light freeway driving.. Pretty disappointed because me and my wife bought this car with good gas mileage as one of the top priorities for buying a new car. Can’t believe my old clunky 1994 Toyota Tercel is getting as good if not better gas mileage than my new Fit! Just hope mileage gets better with engine break-in. I noticed that a lot of California drivers are also getting not so hot mileage on their Fits. Is it the special formulated CA gas mix? Or is it just all the hot-rodding, lead-footed California drivers? I drive pretty sensibly, no hard accelerations or braking, so I don’t understand why the mileage sucks. Where are all those east coast Fit drivers getting their 37-45 mpg figures from??? If I were getting that, I would be happy as a clam! Maybe I should have bought a Toyota Yaris instead...

worst-- 29-- doing 85 with wind
best-- 47-- doing 65 and no wind

Average is around 34-37 in a Sport AT with 10% ethanol blend (87 octane I think).

As long as it does better than 14 in my F150 or 16 in the Pathfinder I am very happy.

Worst 34 mpg
Best 43 mpg

Before it was broke in:

Best 28 mpg

It's a sport A/T using regular unleaded.

After just over 1100 miles I noticed a loosening up of the motor, it revved quicker, had more power, and had a dramatic increase in mpg. I thought that Honda had lied about the mpg and then surprise I'm actually getting better than epa now. I was very impressed.

1st tank got about 30mpg, I'm at 2000 miles now and just filled it up today, got 34.5 mpg out of this tank and it was 95% highway driving, but mostly at 75-80mph.

going 80mph is really hard on the mpg (early morning so no flaming pls!).

my 60/40 hwy/cty is actully 40/60 considering the traffic i have to deal with on the way home. I'm having a hardtime getting pass the 36 mpg mark.
