2009 Door Lock Issue
I am contacting the dealer regarding this next week however I thought I would try here first to see if anyone has heard of this before.
I have a 2009 Fit and up until today it has been just fine. I get the regular maintenance (based on the oil percentage) all the time. Yesterday while driving the door locks fired in the car. Not the typical "I just started driving" automatic firing but about 20 minutes into a drive. At first I thought I perhaps hit the lock button accidentally.
It happened again and again today. The lock would fire and it sounded like all doors were locked but the driver side door is now unlocked. I then try to manually lock the door however the driver side door will not lock until I continually lock/unlock the doors a few times.
If this weird thing happens and I then exit the car and lock the doors with the fob the driver side door remains unlocked. Double clicking the lock button on the fob does not trigger the car horn beep.
As anyone else encountered this before?

hum... check all doors?
Why are you waiting until next week to contact a dealer? Why not email your dealer your symptoms. That way, they can get an idea of whats going on... and possibly have somewhere better to start when they do see your car.
