2010 mpg ?
How many miles do you get on a tank of gas? I just got a 2010 fit and I filled it twice in 3 weeks with normal city driving and some high way. I got 290 miles to a tank of 93 octane is that the norm for these cars? I just taught it should burn less gas.

Take a look at a site like Fuelly:
Browse All 2010 Honda Fits | Fuelly
Most people seem to be averaging 32 mpg, though it ranges from 28 to 40... the gauge hits empty around 9.5 gallons, so if you're getting 290 miles, you're getting about 30.5 mpg which is pretty good for mostly city driving.

My best was 36 MPG and my worst is 32 MPG in the city. It seems to get lower mileage as the weather cools, and I just put my studded tires on this weekend. The new tires and the fact that one of them was low enough to trigger the TPMS are what took me down to 32 MPG. I'll find out if I can inch it back up to 33 MPG through the week.
(The Fit sure sounds like a tank when driving studs.)

i think the trick is more so on how you drive then the type of gas you put in.
i put in 87 octane, and i can get 34MPG if iam doing 80 miles per hour the whole time... OR i can get 42~MPG if i kept the car at 65 miles per hour.. it sucks going that slow.. but it sure gives a heck of alot of MPG compared to just normal driving and doing 80 miles per hour on the highway for over an hour

I drive a 2010 FIT Sport 5-spd manual and I have filled up 4 times without resetting my trip odometer. My fuel avg. display says 39.1 MPG.which represents 65% city/ 35% hwy (65MPH or below). I usually drive 325-375 miles between fill-ups.
