Survey call from Honda?
My dealer asked me to give him "5" for every question when Honda called me. I've had the car 2 weeks but haven't gotten the survey call yet. About how long did it take Honda to call you? Thanks!

If you want the dealers to be honest, just be honest to Honda and they just might do something about it.

Wow... How pathetic is it for the dealer to ask for 5's. I would give a lower score just because he asked you for a top score! If they provide excellent service they wouldn't be worrying about asking you for 5's.

it doesnt work that way.
score is from 1-5.
but it doesnt mean 5 is good, 4 is okay, 3 is average, 2 is bad, and 1 is horrible.
anything but a 5 is consider bad, most people, even if they had a pretty good experience, nothing special, but a fair deal, easy transaction, right car will not give a 5.
some dealership also pays the salesperson additional commission if he/she gets all 5s (a couple of friends that worked at a toyota dealership had this).

Hello,
Working for a dealership, Honda has a policy of telling the dealers not to specificly ask for "5's". The rating system is very strict and if a salesman gets a lower then 5 score it can take several other "5" customers to make up for the lower score. Give the dealer, saleman, etc.. The score they deserve but please do not just give a low score for the hell of it. A lot of us take this scoring system very seriously and it allows us to keep our jobs.
