Is this a decent price for a 2009 Fit Base

I found a 2009 Honda Fit base at a local Ford dealer with 8, 531 miles. The car was traded in after a year by a woman who wanted a Fiesta. Seems to be in great shape, body, interior look basically new..and its a 5 speed which I love.

The dealer wants $13, 650 + tax, title, and a doc fee of about $400?

Thoughts from the Fit experts here? This will be replacing my recently wrecked Prelude SH.
