Base fit vs sport

My wife got the base fit and I want to put the sport front bumper and mostly likely a new grill (not sure which one). So i was wondering if it just bolts on or do I have to my other parts as well. btw 2010 fit post pics later

I am new to this forum, but there should not be any problem doing that. The sport is just the base + sport features. Everything should bolt up fine.

I've been looking into doing this for a while but not sure if I'll pull the trigger yet or not.

Besides the bumper, you will also need the lower sport grill (71103-TK6-A01) and probably some tapping screws/nuts to attach it. Also the fog light assemblies/parts if you wanna run fogs. Total for all the parts came to like $500 from BernardiParts.com

I am so glad I bit the bullet when I bought the car and got the Sport.

Such a waste of money, might as well have bought the sport model. Just look for someones used front lip, and then i believe you just need to drill it to the bumper.

I think lower sport grille is part of front bumper cover.

Yes, you can put sport front bumper cover on base model. All holes & clips are the same as sport model. No drilling or cutting, just direct swap.
