I was just looking for an affordable armrest....It looks pretty good but i can't tell if it has a latch to like close the top down. It looks like it just lets gravity do the trick, which would be kind of not that awesome.

I also saw this while cruising ebay. Maybe we can get them to do a group sale price if others are interested.

The pics are a little hard to see but I think it gives you a good idea of what it'll look like (I think I prefer just all black). But I don't think there's a latch, we can ask the seller though.

I was thinking about doing a group buy on the zeta products one, but we should talk to these guys first.

That DOES look nice. Me likey!

Hey, does anyone have the link for that site where you can buy those nifty thingies that go over the stickshift to match the color of your car? Someone posted a link here one time and I could have sworn I saved it, but can't find it.

ETA: Never mind; just found it in another thread: http://www.handa-accessories.com/fit07.html

That armerst is basically a wood box covered with vinyl. It sits between the seats and there is no mounting point. What happens when you stop short?

Surely it wedges in there pretty tightly?

I sent the seller a question about the installation. Will let you know when he answers.

Zeta, now that i have a fit, im interested in a group buy for the armrest, and it seems there certainly is interest from the response to this thread, but most people aren't willing to shell out $140 for an armrest. It's a nice armrest, and we all want armrests, but $140 is like spending $20 for a hamburger. It may taste great, but in the end its just a hamburger. That is just my 2 cents, haha

Thanks for the ebay link. That looks similar to the armrest I had in my Civic. I was hoping someone would come out with one that could hold several CD cases. Has anyone ordered one yet? I'm thinking of making my own outta MDF and fiberglass.

It looks good in my opinion. Hopefully someone will buy one and see how it is.

I have one of these installed. But this looks a lot better! The one I bought is shit, it's not properly mounted, it's quite loose.
