If you won the lotto.
Would you spend the next 6 months building the fastest fit on earth or just buy another car? Essetially the old Built vs Bought argument.

I'd probably buy another car.
This is just me talking, but the farther away the Fit/Jazz is from stock, the less enjoyable it becomes. Maybe I'd spring for really nice suspension (Ohlins DFV-1s anyone?) and nice lightweight wheels, but that's about it.
I like the feeling the Jazz gives me that I'm always in command of the car, not the other way 'round.

hahahahah, wow.. i've played the "if i won the lottery i would buy.." game in my head a lot of times and i've always narrowed it down to either of those two cars as my first purchase(s).
...i've already sold my GD and have no intention of buying another fit. i'd probably pick up an insight for a DD and see how much money i could burn with a crz electric motor + 6spd swap

I can't believe at this point the poll is so close.
I love my Fit. It's a great automobile. BUT if money suddenly became no object? Then I owe it to myself to drive something better.
The Fit is great, but come on...I'm not so delusional as to not know there are better machines available. You'd keep The Fit? As what? The car you let the hired help use? Come on people....money is no object...broaden you dream horizons....

I would get a '68 Charger non R/T, put an assortment of parts suspension and chassis parts from XV Motorsports, get a 440 and covert it to fuel injection, put in 3.78s along with an Eaton locker in the rear, and Gear Vendors overdrive unit for the Torqueflite 727. It'll be my "fun car" around town.
The Fit, I'll end up keeping, supercharging, coils, bracing the chassis, put some comfier/lighter front seats in, and will continue to be my daily as well as road trip car. Either way, the vehicle will be modded since I can't stand stock rides for long.

I'd definitely get rid of the Fit again...
I'd get me a crossover as a daily driver. I'd buy Evolution X or Cayman S as my fun/weekend car and stack the rest of the money in a savings account, buy stocks and other things that gains profit.
