Went on a long road trip last week:

60% at 2,798
50% at 3,757

Definitely get more miles out of the oil life on the highway than in the city.

I am all over the place. Some days 50, others 350. The funny part is that almost none of it is long distance driving. I live about 55 miles NW of Philly, but I cover the entire Philly metro area, including South Jersey and Delaware, so it racks up fast.

It's strange, I bought the Fit because I was racking up 4000 miles a month at the time...I am nowhere near that right now. I got it on April 19th so that means 10 days from now I would have 12,000 miles if I was at my normal average. I'll probably be close to 8000 by then, but that's way off what I was driving. I am sure it will pick up again.

My car reads 50% at 2500 miles. I mostly drive city. I wonder why? what makes this system dependable?

Going on 6400 miles with 30% oil life. Taking in tomorrow for o&f change -- don't feel comfortable pushing it any further for the first change, especially since my schedule's going crazy next week and I may not have time for maintenance then.
