Stock Steel Wheels

Hoping to find someone near Michigan who is taking off the factory steel wheels and tires. Looking for a set to use in the winter up here. Someone somewhere has got to be buying a base Fit to customize and not needing to keep an extra set around. Have had my blue sport auto for 1 month exactly. Mostly two lane highway rural driving-36mpg ave for 1200 miles. Wish I had more time to drive around, I love my car.

The 4x100 bolt pattern is common and I don't know how common the correct offset is but you could get a set of wheels at a salvage that would work for winter tires. It may save some money and be easier to find and closer to home than waiting on someone to sell their old Fit wheels.

4 x 100, 14" steel wheels are fairly easy to come by. Check with your local Honda dealer Parts Department. Ask them if they have any "take off" wheels.

Several years ago I went to a dealer who had a pile of 'em. Told me I could have whatever I wanted (steel) for $1 each.

This was back when I was dealing with Civic's and CRX's. I grabbed up some 13" and 14". A couple sets of each.

You can also check junk yard (er, auto recycling yards!!) and look for some 199X Civic wheels - they're mainly 14".

Good luck!!

I have some Hakkapeliitta 1's mounted on 14" Civic wheels that I use for winter, and off-road rally fun!!

I would check some of the other forums like honda-tech or team-integra and sites like craigslist and ebay for some steelies. It's universal 4x100 bolt pattern so they are very easy to come across. Most older civics and integras and corollas and sentras and the list goes on and on and on

You can also get their superfabulous hubcaps if you'd like too (it's o.k. for me to make fun, I have them as well.)
