New Fit Sport AT owner
Been lurking around for a few weeks now. Lots of great info here.
Tightened my driver seat bolt and got rid of that issue... Got to figure out ways to up my mileage, as I am getting between 30.5 and 32mpg per tank.
Would like to find ways to make it a little more lively to drive, without the loud obnoxious exhaust note many in the tuner world love to use. Prefer stealth over look at me. Any advice?
Thanks,
Carl

I'm getting about the same gas mileage - all high way miles from NorCal to SoCal last weekend (I-5)..
Put it on cruise control the whole way set at 75 MPH (but had to drop it to 65 MPH when I was going up the grapevine because the car just didn't have the power to maintain it).
My fuel fill log states 331.7 miles traveled, took 10.2 gallons to fill back up to full gives me around 32.5 miles per gallon (the trip computer said 33.5 mpg). Started in Berkeley, the fuel gauge warning light didn't turn on till around Pyramid Lake, and I was already sweating bricks by the time I reached Magic Mountain Parkway to finally gas up.
Maybe a bit of buyers remorse but I'm thinking I should have spent a little bit more coin to get a 2010 VW Jetta TDI instead. It consistently gets 42-50 Miles Per Gallon highway and has 240 ft/lbs of torque making the climb easy. I can just imagine what would have happened if I had three passengers with me trying to climb up the grapevine (or even through the I-5 going to vegas), even big rig truck drivers would be flipping me off.
