Why wasn't my 2007 Fit Sport equipped with this?

I find it's a good place to keep the owners manual. Frees up a lot of space in the glove box.

I'm with Honda on that one. I'd rather get 30 or 40 mpg than beat a Porsche or Ferrari at a stoplight drag. Geez the last car I had was a 2007 Altima with a 2.5 liter 4 banger, and even that thing was too much of a pig for me. Oh and did I hate parking that thing too, that fat ass it had made backing up a real bitch. No wonders Nissan made a rear-view camera an option on the Altima. While the Fit is one of the easiest cars I've ever used for parking in my life. It's even easier to park it than my old CRX

I checked out the '10s at the dealership. That "secret compartment" is just a flimsy piece of plastic. It doesn't even have a real hinge and the two little knobs you have to turn to allow it to open were kinda annoying. I was somewhat disappointed as I expected it to be a lot cooler. The extra glove box was a nice touch though. That I really liked.
Uhhmm, because your name isn't Bruce Wayne.

Forget the jet engine. Now if Honda wanted to try attaching a small battery pack to it, and make it a mild hybrid, that I might be interested in. I don't know where they could put all that stuff though In fact the reason I chose the Fit over da Civic Hybrid is because thanks to all the extra batteries on the Civic, the only luggage space you have is the trunk. The rear seats don't even fold down on it.
