Concept Car....CONCEPT...not reality...

Before we make any comparisons, let's see what actually rolls out and becomes available on the showroom floors.
I think The Fit showed auto manufacturers that there is a market for small hatchbacks, with upscale design features. That bar is being pushed by Ford, Chevy, Mazda....
But I never get too excited by a concept car. The problem has always been when you take a subcompact, hatchback and start adding leather interiors and too many luxury features, you pretty rapidly price it right out of it's segments range.
But I don't mind competiton. Push the bar. Let's see how good the segment can become. But at this point, it's just a speculation or a concept...until I see a price, and a tangible production model....it's just a dream.

I saw an Aveo last week parked on a lot that had a full body kit on it and dual exhaust. I wish that I had snapped a picture of it. The car was debaged in the back but still had they Chevy emblem up front and no mistaking it for an Aveo. It was black with black rims - looked pretty nice to me!
