Questions about Vinyl and Tint

Ok... these questions are probably noob questions. Maybe I should start a series, VaMPKiSS1's noob series part 2...

Anyway! Ok I was wondering two things. One, I know lots of people here have vinyl decals on their cars, and I was wondering, I see a lot about how to put them on, but how do you take them off? And if you did, is there a chance that it would damage the paint, let's say, or like... leave a mark behind after, as that part of the car didn't get as much sun for that time or something? That might be a dumb question and I'm not even sure what kind of decals I'd want to put on but I'm wondering if there's any chance to hurt my poor little Fit with a decal lol.

And a question about Tints and this could go for Vinyl too - is there an ideal temperature to put them on in? Is it too cold now to get my windows tinted? Should I wait till it's warmer? Does that kind of thing matter?

Vinyl stickers- yes, if applied to paint, over a long period of time (2-4 years ) , you'll notice the paint under the vinyl Will be brighter than the rest of the paint.
Tint- I've heard from a few professionals that its better to do in warmer weather. That's what I'm waiting for.. BTW, a fits - in -tune member works at a performance shop in Jersey, and his tint prices are great. Wirednj.com if ya wanna check them out.. they are 5 min from my house too, which is awesome.

Oh and as far as taking them off, (vinyl) , a hair dryer helps to heat up the adhesive, or glue. I would recommended staying away from applying vinyl on your paint tho

Thanks! That's what I expected but I wanted to make sure. Cool that one of the members does tint! I wish jersey wasn't so far away lol. I was hoping for something closer to where I am exactly. (ooh, the mystery!)
