I don't think floor mats are standard on either.
You missed the stabilizer bar, map lights, and cruise control on the Sport.
Also if equipped with an automatic transmission, the Sport has "sport mode" and paddles to play with.

2010 Base AT, has cool black mirrors that match the door and window framings! -And has better color-matched (to my Storm Silver), and cooler on hot days, non-grabby gray seats!
Also does not have that ~lame~ rear spoiler!
(Yas, I know I'm gonna hear a lot of BS about that remark!)
All in all, expect perhaps for the o'head map lighting, and possibly the USB connection (although it's really not that important), I prefer the less expensive AT Base model way over the more complicated and overly-gadgeted AT Sport!
"Paddle shifters"?? -C'mon.... -Is it a car or a canoe??
Happily paddle-less,
Also does not have that ~lame~ rear spoiler!

True! I think we need to form a support group of tightwad base fitters. We can have meet-ups where we drink cheap beer and stiff the waiters on tips.
I would have sprung for an EX version if they marketed them that way; the faux sportiness (rice?) of the sport turned me off. The only features I cared about were cruise control (rarely use it in today's traffic), map lights, and keyless entry (paid for this on the base). Not enough to spring for the extra $1,500 and endure the body trim.

But as Barnum once said, "There's one born every minute..."
Also, "A fool and his gold are soon parted!"
I just don't like spending my $$ on extraneous gadgetry; it's too hard to come by now-a-days! (At least mine is. -Some of you may have wealthy parents?)
So I guess I'm up the road without a paddle, -but then I don't really give a shift either..!

The model by model features list is on the Honda brochure. I'm not too keen on the low front air dam (my wife has already scraped it on a curb), but other than that I wanted everything in the Sport package. Center console wasn't available on any trim level, so I added it myself. The paddle shifters are wonderful on mountain roads -- I've never driven an automatic that actually shifted when I want in the mountains, and the paddles give me the control I want (whether I need it is another matter).

Unrepentant tightwad here. With apologies to the OP, for going OT, I got the last '09 Sport for the price of the '10 base. While there were some unwanted and superfluous bits of fluff, most additions were practical, useful and, in the long run, thrifty. For example, the security system will probably save me the extra cost of the Sport on my insurance. However the overriding reason for the convenience features is, I am worth it and I have earned it.

The Sport was a no brainer for me, I wanted cruise control, remote entry / security system, USB audio system - and I think the Sport looks better with the spoiler, underbody kit, and alloy wheels. I also wanted the Orange Revolution Metallic paint that is only available on the Sport. Buy whichever works best for you of course. Finding a semi-OK deal (they used a tiny bit of vaseline...) on a leftover new '09 Sport AT was a bit lucky too.

Well I got a manual 5-speed base Fit. And I'm glad I did.
1. Front Bumper
Wouldn't mind, but it's part that can be added on later.
2. Front lower grille
Same as #1
3. Side Skirts
Same as #1
4. Exhaust finisher
Don't care, will get an aftermarket exhaust
5. Cruise Control (Removed Sport Pedals)
Don't care, used it maybe less then a dozen time on my last car that I owned for 7 years
6. Sport Shift Knob
Getting aftermarket one
7. Rear Stabilizer bar (Removed Car mats)
Getting aftermarket one
8. Keyless entry
Came with it
9. Security System
Getting aftermarket one
10. 16" Allow Wheels
Getting 17"
11. Tailgate Spoiler
I like it, but again, can buy after
12. Foglights
Don't care
13. USB Adapter
Getting aftermarket radio with USB
14. Drivers Armrest
Don't care
15. Colored Mirror Covers
meh
16. Map Lights
Wouldn't mind this
So I out of the list I only want five things. It's not the worth the price different.

2010 Fit Base was a choice - It had a Compustar autostart/security/auto lock installed. Two things that didn't really get mentioned - I like the wheel well protectors (not available on the sport) and I also like the fact that my insurance is less. I have already installed the cargo cover, wheel well protectors, driverside armrest. I will be getting a spoiler soon. Total cost 350 installed myself (which I really enjoyed). I do miss the idea of cruise control and hope they make an oem fix, but not crossing my fingers. I am not cheap - I just like the idea of starting with a base and making it my own personal car.

With the 2011 Fit, there are fewer differences between Base & Sport. Base comes with cruise control. Cruise was the main reason I purchased the Sport in 2010--I also like the paddle shifters on AT version. The fog lights are nice too and really make a difference at night.
