What do you guys drive beside the FIT

1990 Toyota Corolla - completely beat to &%$# but refuses to even think about dying.
Previous car, 1969 Dodge Dart "old man sedan" - loved that car, refused to die. But I killed it.
Not quite ready for my next car but 90% sure it'll be the Fit.

'05 Subaru Outback wagon
'99 Subaru Forester (trading for Fit)
I've been a Subaru owner for more than 10 years. Before that, I had a Honda CRX, which I had to sell to get something with 4 seats -- a Civic. I think I've missed that CRX more than any other car I've owned.

I got a Toyota Camry '91 for my daughter a few years back and drove it while I was waiting for my Fit. Funny story -- my Accord wagon had head gasket issue (nearly 280,000 miles, 11 years old). Bartered it for a shed that my handyman built in the back yard, which allowed me to store my Honda lawnmower and 2 bicycles, making room in the garage for the Fit and the Camry. He got the Accord fixed and wants to sell it back to me! Everyone is afraid to buy it because of the high mileage, even though his mechanic gave it a clean bill of health.

Despite the fact that my new Blaze Orange Fit is a Sport it is hardly a sports sedan. My other car also has paddle shifters. It's a Mazda RX-8. Now this is a real sports sedan with a top speed of about 150 MPH. Not great acceleration ( about 6 seconds to 60 mph) but incredible on the twisties and with a bundle of hi tech equipment. Also has the same amount of airbags for front and rear (yes the RX-8 is a four door car) passengers as the FIT
