Post your worst gas mileage!
This thread was inspired by my first tank of gas in the Fit.
It was pretty bad. It may have been the new car experience as well, but I always feel I have to rev the crap out the motor to get any power out of her. That's probably part of the fun factor for me
230.5 miles / 9.121 gallons = 25.27 mpg

I'd say you succeeded.
Worst so far (after owning for one month) is 31.5 (manually calculated at the pump).
A lot of variance is going to be pumps clicking off at different states of fill. A quart of gas +/- can make 2mpg difference over a tank ~9gallons). It's not like cars that have 25-30 gallon tanks. But I wouldn't use this as an excuse to "top off." Read somewhere someone was burping their Fit by rocking it and then topping off. You don't want to do this: it'll mess up the evaporative recovery system.
Mine's pretty even at 31.5-32.5 mpg around metro Atlanta. I haven't done any pure road trips, but once over a tank @ 80% highway and the rest city I got 35.5.
The MPG computer is a joke. Honda should be ashamed.
I drive like a granny most of the time but not always .

My mileage computer has been VERY accurate. I reset it at every fill up. Worst tank was 36mpg. The last two tanks have been a whisker under 40. I did not want to run out of gas. It's almost like a game to me to keep the MPG meter at the middle mark. My driving style has changed due to this. WOT is a rare occurence now.
I drive alot in the city. This car just keeps impressing me at every turn.

Really? Cause just about everyone else who does the calculations themselves discovers the mileage computer is consistently off.
EDIT: Off, as in consistently higher than reality.

My wife's AT got 25 mpgs on one tank. That was with a lot of city driving and idling. Her best tank was 41 mpgs. My MT's worst tank is probably around 28 mpg with me driving like a maniac. My best tank was around 35 mpgs, but i drive 80% city 20% hwy.

Factor in stop and go traffic, length of lights, etc, and other gas suckers, and it's possible to get really bad mpg. Or poor driving habits will suck the gas right out of the tank too. Aggressive driving costs more at the pump.

Yeah
I fill up my tank. I drive. Get to below the E mark. Fill up again. See what my trip meter says. Voila, MPG!
I will put pics up soon!

His must be defective...

31.6 MPG: 100% highway, 70-80 MPH, loaded with ~ 750 lbs. people and stuff, several good size 4th gear hills, and heavy rain (tropical storm Danny). Based on other fill ups on the trip, I think the heavy rain hurt my mileage by about 4 MPG. AT Sport. Car's fantasy readout said 36.4 MPG.

My first tank is my worst so far-- I suspect the dealership didn't fill it all the way (without topping off, my gas gauge is always above the F mark for about 50 miles, and it was slightly below the full line when I got it with 17 miles on it). Therefore, I don't think the number is accurate, but I'll post it anyway: 30.25. The MPG gauge said 35.0.
My second worst tank (which is a fairly accurate number) is 34.11 mpg. The gauge said 38.9.

My last tank @ 27.4.............all city driving, with only 1500 total miles on car.
I found a place at the edge of town that has no ethanol added to their gas. Just filled up there and will be interested to see the difference in MPG, if any.
Will have to give it a few tank test.
