If Someone Vandalized Your FIT... What Would You Do...?
If you caught this person vandalizing your FIT, how would you react? What would you do? I'm just curious how you guys would react. I would probably call 911 immediately and then assault the guy. This is not an excuse for you to describe in graphic detail your sordid ultraviolent fantasies. Seriously... no one ever really thinks about it. People like to say that if they caught someone, they'd open up a can of whoop ass. But would they really?

My thoughts drift to the SRT-4 owner who heard someone breaking into his car, walked out right out, shot the guy twice, and didn't get charged. IIRC, he lived in Texas. :P
Seriously though, I have a very low tolerance for people who feel the need to break other people's things out of spite. I'd never shoot someone over something like that, but I would probably use violence if I caught them red handed.

Like, if I actually walked up behind someone vandalizing my car?
I carry an ASP collapsible baton and a very large lockback knife on me at nearly all times.
I would draw one or both of the aforementioned weapons and ask for an apology, identification, and remuneration for damages. If these requests were denied I would be forced to get increasingly persuasive.
My primary tactic would be to demand the vandal's wallet/ID temporarily until they provide me with remuneration at a later date, at which point I'd give them their stuff back.
I couldn't just let them go, I'd rather my insurance not go up because of a comprehensive claim.

That means that you can legally carry any non Class-3 (i.e. silenced, full auto, explosive) weapon openly (visible) on your person with no carry permit.
You could walk around with two Colt Single Action Army's on Mexican Loop Holsters just like Revolver Ocelot....walk right into McDonalds like that...no one can do a damned thing.

You'll only catch the rookies. Pros take way more precaution. And mostly they run in pairs so watch your backs. I witnessed 2-guys messing with my neighbors ATV from my garage door, across the alley. Before my brain could process whether they might actually be my neighbors cousins, a Glock 9mm was pushed against my left ear: I never new he was nearby playing defense. The crack head say's "Tonight’s a good night to die, right? You see nothing, right?" I swear my heart was about to bust though my chest: Guys, it aint worth a life.
I moved out of the house soon after that.
