"Small Black Hole" in Fit
FoxNews.com reviews the new Kia Soul. The paragraph about interior room is worth sharing here.
"The Soul is exactly the same length as the subcompact Honda Fit, which is great when you're looking for a parking space or squeezing your way through stop and go traffic. However, even though it is about three inches taller and wider, the Soul has less luggage room than that car, rear seats up or down. Granted, Honda has somehow managed to contain a small black hole in the back of the fit, so it's hardly a fair fight, but one does wonder where all of those cubic inches went."

Score one for our side!
Seriously, the clever rear seat design and the tremendous room inside was what tipped the scales in favor of the car for me. I'm a gigging musician, and the car easily handles an assortment of guitars and amplifiers.
+ rep from me!

I don't really need all the cargo room. I only used it one time, moving all my stuff from FL to NJ. Other than that, I really just like the POTENTIAL this car has if I really DO need it for something lol

its also funny because the Soul's rear passenger room is very cramped according to my friend who test drove one, and i can sit in the back of my fit with the front seats all the way back (i'm 6'2") and i'm pretty comfortable

The Fit is designed around "Time Lord technology". Like the Doctor's Tardis, it's bigger on the inside than it is on the outside.
Now if I could only make it travel through time when the i-VTEC kicks in....

That's 41 patio blocks at 16 1/2 pounds each, and a standard wheelbarrow with at least six inches of room above the tire... and I could still close the hatch. At one point this afternoon, we had 49 of those blocks in the back for 808 pounds of concrete (plus my 115 pounds son and my 270 pound lard butt). Cheap drop!
