not to take any sides, but is your car AT? if so i was bored of my GE8 in the first 3min after tinkling around with that joke they call manual mode. good thing my wife is the primary driver. she can't drive MT.

my MT 08 however, im still loving it (even though it's dented
on the front fender due to recent accident).

A Fit is a great cross-country traveler. If I was less than 300 miles from this place theboilingpotonline.com on a Friday, I would saddle up and drive there for supper. I wouldn't be bored. I'd have a great and unforgettable time, and then I'd drive home. Next week, I'd clean up the car and plan the next outing. To me, what you can do with the car is exciting. The car itself doesn't have to be.

They just dump food out on the table. Been there once, never forgot it. Ever suck the head off a crawfish?

Cheers!

I see what your saying, I went from an '06 Si for about a year. Wife lost her job right after I got it AND had a kid. Figured the most adult thing to do was get a practical car I could still, at the least, toss around. I live in New England so usually a better handling car is more fun. Plus, sometimes it more fun to go fast in a economy car

I had an 00 Prelude that was about to push 120k and I knew I owed too much in it for what it was worth with that mileage, so I traded it in for a new 08 fit. They just rolled my balance over on top of the Fit balance. So I ended up paying more for the fit than it's worth, but now I have more room and way better mileage.

I get bored often with the fit too. I bought it with tons of plans, but then money got tight. My wife is gonna take over the fit soon b/c her car is falling apart. Then im gonna get a used fit in a color a like more, and probably in MT. I think a big reason I get bored of mine is mainly because it is AT.

All in all, if you're not happy...you're not happy. Cut your losses and just get something else if you can afford it. Don't try to do anything with the fit if youre already bored with it, you'll only get bored again.

I have more fun driving and enjoy the great gas mileage and utility of my 2009 Fit than I did my 2007 Si. When gas goes back to $4/gal, you will be a lot less bored.

Just my .02

I feel bored sometimes too. It happens with any car, no matter what. Also happens with girlfriends/wives too. It's all in the head man. Make yourself enjoy it. In order to keep me from wanting to sell it for a K20 Del Sol, I just make sure I buy it a thing or two every month. That way it keeps me going. I just bought tow hooks and a hood damper yesterday. So either buy stuff, or keep your car looking sexy and take pride in owning one of the best cars Honda has ever offered in the bang for buck department.

I still enjoy driving the Fit now and enjoying the gas mileage it gives. That's the main reason why I bought it. That's why I commented before on some thread trying to make the Fit fast. The Fit is an economy car and was made for practicality. If that's not your cup of tea, then you should get something else if you can afford trading it in. I still see myself smiling at the gas pump while the SUV/|Truck next to me is paying $40-$50 to fill up their tank.

the handling of the fit is pretty good, i enjoy the curves here and there. but here in South east texas its all pretty much flat and straight.

gas mileage is a huge factor of me buying the car, but at times i think i'd sacrifice the price of fuel for fun. its a bitter sweet kind of thing

all in all my fit is a great car.. i guess it is all in the head. just needa focus on more important things

I'm also bored with my fit, but maybe this will change when I get some engine mods. If that still don't work then I could always trade mine in for something new next year! Most likely AWD or RWD!!! :3

convert your Fit to RWD and drop a F22C (I think that's the S2000 motor) supercharged in it!
