Yes i feel the same maybe not HP but the responsiveness of the car is much better with my SRI. I am going to get a dyno soon with the SRI and a hks exasut. And this way we can see what type of gains it gievs. But like i said it just feels more responsiveness as far as driving it now

not in HP necessarily but just in terms of responsiveness and drivability

My SRI makes no noise at all it sounds the same when it was stock. But to each there own. I just like the looks of it way more than some big black box. But we each mod are cars to our own likeing

Hate to tell you this, but not every part of the car is Japanese, so i dont think the air filter is gonna make a difference with this respect.

I went with the K&N drop in. A high quality filter that will last forever won me. I had to order though cuz no one had it in stock. Will drop it in Tuesday when it arrives. Let's see how this works.

Sweet. How much did you get it for? Should have been around $40-45 right? Make sure when you install it you install it right side up. It can fit 2 ways.

K&N makes some of the best air filter in the world, lots of japanese tuner make their own take system but use K&N filter. K&N filter should get you better mpg and maybe some nice sound, power wise you probably won't feel it at all.

It was $46.99 plus tax, so about $50. I'm sure that was a bit much, but the local store I ordered from could get it in 2 days. Ordered Saturday at 5:30, it will be in tomorrow morning.

The filter should be in today, so I plan on dropping it in tonight. Will it come oiled already or will I have to do it before dropping it in?

Thanks everyone. I picked it up on my lunch break from work and dropped it in out in the parking lot. Drove back to work (28 miles) and I could tell the difference right away. Louder a little bit and more repsonsive on the throttle. I made sure to put it in the right side down, but had it turned around and was like "Why won't my air box cover fit back on!!!!!" Lol.

Maybe I will pick up the Blitz filter juuuuuuust incase I wanna feel more JDM.
