Love it or Hate it? Fit ideas!

If these things were available on the FIT or for the FIT, would you LOVE it? Or HATE it?

1. Rear trim, 2008 MB GL550, chrome bumper protector top (instead of the black applique) and chrome under bumper decoration:

2. Yellow accents (or any color to match the outside) on a neutral interior, 2002 Ford Escape:

3. All-orange interior 2007 Volvo C30 (what if it was another color, and what color?):

The option of a nicer (or at least bigger) bear-bumper protector would be something I'd like, whether chromed or just non-skid black like the current one.
Those other two things are stomach-turningly hideous to me, and I would be pissed if someone installed them on my car, even for free.
I'm just sayin.

Have a look at this page through page 10 for the interior shots. I like the bright color inserts. They go well with this Ford Ka, but I'm not certain they will fit the Fit.

Oh yes, I like that. Why, I LOVE that!

I like a lot of the exterior and interior colors. I'd love to swipe their idea and the neoprene seat cover idea and combine to create interior color packages.

We already have things like the vent trim and window switch trim, but not in any lively colors. It would probably be fairly easy to do, and even better if the items were MADE to swap in and out.

The color combinations would work with the FIT color as they do with the Ka. The whole interior doesn't need to be orange or yellow accented, the image link you posted, CrystalFiveMT proves that color accents for other colors works really well!

Page 7, bottom center, with the white accents, that would look really nice on my white FIT as accents. Wouldn't even have to do the seats if a person didn't want to do them. Or a person could do just the seat cover and not do the dash accents, but maybe add in the steering wheel cover.

That could be a lot of fun.

Feel free, everyone, to add on your own "Love it or Hate it" ideas.

I agree, TaffetaWhite, I was looking at page 8 dead center with the white accents - tasteful but not so overstated, and one wouldn't get tired of it as some of the bright glaring colors may do.

yup yup yup, perfect!

The colors match up to the exterior color or exterior accent. So if it was available for the FIT, would it match up to all the exterior colors that the FIT comes in? As well as a few trendy colors, like the pink or the neon greenish yellow color. As black cars and white cars could take most any color. So could the Storm Silver. And most colors could take white as an accent. Or a solid, super dark black.

Loving this idea!!!

No none of these are my taste. But i would like a nicer interior maybe some bride or Reaco seats would be nice. But for the price the fit costs they can't do that.

Matching the interior with the exterior is tacky, IMO. It's too matchy matchy and screams "Hey look, I'm modder who's trying to be different."

Wouldn't mind a single colored interior, as long as it doesn't give me a headache everytime I sit in it, like the color orange.

Ah. That's different than the GD steering wheel accent:

They do, ehem, "jazz" up the interior.
