Paddle Shifters Question

When you're using the paddle shifters in sport mode, do you release the gas each time you shift (kinda like a MT car)? I know you can shift without releasing the gas, but I wasn't sure the proper way to do it.

No, you keep your foot on the gas. It is an electronic shift so I shifts without any kind of mechanical input. S mode just allows you to control the shift verses D mode will automatically change the gear at a certain rpm.

That's right. It's designed to let you shift when you want, but the actual shift works just like it does when in Drive. You are just being allowed to choose when the shift takes place.
