You can use up to +35mm on it. Infact that is what is used to fit the twinblock calipers.

But it still requires what looks to me like 20mm spacers to clear it ontop.

And no it doesn't stick out like a set of daytons....

Well what is the OEM offset spec? That is what I'm trying to stick too. Since the Fit Sport is coming in a 15x6.5. I am curious to know if that will be a +35 or +45. That is what I am trying to copy for the correct SW388 wheel selection

It is actually a 15x6" factory wheel on the Sport, most likely +45 or +48mm offset.

So which would be ideal with running a 205/50/15 with? the +45 on a SW388 15x6.5 or +35?

I just noticed the SW388 looks just like th Rota SlipStream which is available with +40mm offset that should be the safest guess on the Fit. I don't know how durable/expensive the 15" Spoon SW388 @ 8.6lbs, but Rotas are some of the lightest (11.9lbs) and most durable 15" wheels for the money out there.

Spoon Sport SW388

Rota SlipStream

Maybe you should call up AJ Racing in Canada (http://www.aj-racing.com). They're a Spoon dealer and should know more, then again the Fit is not out quite yet so you may have to wait until April.

AJ is a very good shop and has a very good rep in the S2000 enthusiast cirle.

ok, the fit race car is running a stager. +45 in back, and +35 in the front. alternates 15 or 16in rim, just depends on what tires are good, more or less.

FYI: The stock JDM fit uses alot of the same hub parts, and rotors of an EG civic.

stock offset for 1.5S

Disregarding the SW388 for a moment the 1.5S has a +53mm offset for stock.

But like everybody has suggested with offsets, you can't really go wrong unless you do something crazy like a "0"

The intake and beauty cover on the NA engine are significantly different than all other markets - just look at the pictures. Now which other parts constitute the other 30% of parts specific to the NA model are unknown - unless someone has a Honda document somewhere that states the items in question?
