Ordered my Fit
Just placed an order for the white Sport Fit. There was no negotiation on the price though...It always happens to me that I only like the vehicle that is popular enough they will not negotiate. Paying $17,580.00. I am downsizing vehicles for fuel efficiency etc. Can't wait until it gets in. Should be in the first week or so of December.
Now I need to sell my current vehicle...fortunately the dealer agreed to return my deposit if my current vehicle is not sold by the time the new one comes in (I have in writing). They would not give me the trade in value listed in Kelly Blue book for my vehicle because they stated SUV's are not selling that well now...winter is coming and FJ's seem to be selling here....

Good choice. As far as KBB goes, kind of pie in the sky. They never wrote a check to anyone for a car that I know if. A used car is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it based on supply and demand in your local area. If it is a dealer, a lot of it is how easily they think they can turn it around and sell it. If you're trading in a Civic, I'll bet the market is good and they will love to have your trade. If you're trading a Dodge Durango, I'll bet they run for the hills. Other cars are probably in between those extremes.
BTW, I see you are in Shawnee. I'm in Lee's Summit. Thumbs up to a local post.
