the mobil 1 0W-20 didn't help in my wife's Fit at all. If anything, her MPG was lower. i'm sticking with 5W-20 from now on.

Yep, me too. $7/qt is ridiculous, particularly when it doesn't perform as advertised.

all that means is that the gunk caught by the mag drain plug us not aluminum
