Carbon Fiber wing + Nighthawk Black Pearl: To paint or not to paint?

I just picked up my Seibon Carbon SP spoiler yesterday, but I need some opinions here. My Fit is Nighthawk Black Pearl, but I can get the spoiler painted for free. Problem is, I can't decide if I should leave it as is and show off the Carbon or if I should paint it to match. In everyone's opinion, what looks better?

is it the only cf you have if so definitely paint and if it isn't then still paint. I can't stand seeing someone having a whole car without cf then one gaudy piece with cf or black with cf does not look good either.

It's the only carbon so far. Next will probably be a carbon hood.

But so far, one vote for "Paint it".

Leave it as is. The point of getting a cf piece is to not paint it to show off the weaving.

my opnion is that CF on black looks sick i would say leave it CF and its not worth buying a CF Vs. a fiberglass one if your going to paint it, there is not a big reduction in weight for the price difference.

Thanks guys. I really love the pattern of carbon fiber and wish more of my car looked like it. Not because I wanna flaunt money (cuz I'm broke and mods come slow for my car), but the pattern is just awesome IMO. My hope is CF vented hood + CF Hatch with the spoiler. But I dunno.

CF was designed to be light weight. The point of it is it's supposed to be a light weight alternative material. To some people, the point is for cosmetic appeal.
That being said... I say leave it unpainted. Paint is extra weight

Don't paint it. You want to see it, you want others to see it. If you paint, you will cover it up and no one will know. Then there will have been less of a point.

u should leave it unpainted bro, it kinda defeats the purpose of getting a cf wing, but its up to you, i have mine unpainted and i think it looks a lot better imo

Thanks for everyone's opinion. I have decided to leave it unpainted. I just really like the way it looks. I had never considered buying a wing until my car was backed into and I had the extra cash after the insurance and can get it painted/installed for free by the guy I know that does body work. Then after I saw it and started looking, I reconsidered painting it. Although if I was building like a sleeper street car, I would paint it so it would look generic. I will totally put up some before/after pics. Now to decide what will be the next cosmetic mods are next for me (besides window tint and wheels) . . . Seibon Carbon Fiber Mugen style vented hood? Carbon Fiber grill? Hmmm . . . Right now my mods are all cosmetic, because performance are waiting until the warranty are up.

I d have to go with paint, if I drive a black car, I wanna keep everything black, my friend has a carbon hood on his black 240sx...and I just can stand it....everyday I see it, i wish it was painted...but again, just personal liking.
