i just bought one
dude i tryed to post last veek but my computer was having issues (bouncing off someone elses wireless)
here's mine and i know it's rough but hell i bought it for $75.00 and it just passed emissions (yes utah has emissions) yesterday, from the looks of the cat seems to be the original one and the lady i got the "gem" from was the only owner
i call "her" rusty ha ha
i got her for a winter car, so i don't have some stupid a$$ driver plow into my fit cuz they couldnt stop in the ice (you'd be amazed at how shitty people drive once it starts to snow, and besides some of the best skiing/snowboarding is only 20 - 40 min away
the interior is as clean if not in better condition than my fit thats 20 years newer
the interior's are so similar it's crazy, the back seats also recline and also fold flat - a wanted a 88-91 but couldn't pass this up i'm into this car
cost = 75.00
tune-up parts = 35.00
throttle cable = 30.00
emiss/saftey = 24.00
tax and plates = 70.00
total =234.00
I LOVE THIS CAR

My mother had a Civic Wagon 4WD, the light blue color. If I could have bought a new 1985 like it, which is what I think she had, I would have honestly done it over the Fit. It got better MPG than I am getting with my Fit, and the push button 4WD was awesome. Then again, it was probably a deathbox in a crash compared to the Fit, and you could practically hear it rusting from day one. The A/C was never very good, either. The ride quality was better in the '85. Handling nowhere near as good as the Fit.
