you'll probably have to get an aftermarket seat and seat rails. i don't believe any seat rails fit the OEM seats.

I wish I knew, because I would love to raise my seat about 1/2". My right leg cramps up on long drives...

in all seriousness, you might look into finding a seat cousion that extends past the seat bottom slightly to support your leg and may raise your seating position a little. at least until a better solution is discovered. it will be better for your legs.

Only a machine shop fabrication will shorten or lengthen the legs. Probably with inserts in cutoff legs. Not real easy to do.

As mentioned you can search after market seats for easier solution.

good idea for an alternative. but i'd have a hard time trusting a machine/welding shop to customize something as important as seat brackets/rails. in the event of an accident, i want some seat rails i can trust.

I have a problem with the seats too, i went on a 50 miles on the highway and my butt/back/lower leg is still hurting. maybe moving the seat all the way back?

Several guys, who do not have the height adjustable seats, on the 4Runner boards I frequent have put washers under the bolts that hold the rails to the floor. Most guys were just putting them under the rear bolts to tilt the seat forward, but some were putting them under both the front & rear. Not sure though how the Fit rails are attached?
