this was actually in the SI, it was on a curve and i didn't see the accord parked in the lot, actually it happened at a dealer, and the accord was parked in a RED FIRE ZONE. but it was still my fault becasue i was moving and i hit it.

oh i just realized that your'e talking about the scrach marks on the fit, yeah i'm not sure how that happened, my dad hit something, but i did the one on the civic.

so score's even, dad 1 me 1.

late to respond (been buzy all frikken day today) but as posted above,
the tire can be patched, no biggie.

that bumper probably needs to be replaced if repaired at a reputable shop.
they might try repairing it with epoxy on the cracked side and some
bondo/sand on the scratched side...but not sure how it'd turn out as
far as durability. im sure it'll look nice, but come 3-4 yrs later bondo
might start to crack.

Yea,the zip ties are nice and look clean/like they're supposed to be there on some cars...like autox or drifting cars, lol, but not DD's. Anyways, yea you could drill the hole, epoxy, sand, paint and it should be alright. I still think you should go to a body shop, ask em how much, then ask em what they'd do...just don't tell em' that you're gonnda do it yourself lol.

update:

got a quote for both of the cars.

Fit - $250 - they will sand it down (both the bumper and teh skirt) fill it in with my majic stuff, and then repaint the whole bumper.

they origanlly asked 350, got them down to 250.

Si - 100- they will glue it together and maybe melt the fiberglass ( i didn't quite understand this) and then paint over it.

origanlly asked 200 - got down to 100

BTW: Fit got fixed, 15 bucks they patched it, but didn't balance it, its okay right? its just a few grams?
Plan on getting second opinions. But of course what are your guys' opinions? I value these the most.

the fit seems like it'd be easier to fix...yet they want more. But yea, the prices aren't bad by any means. Least you got em down to an actual price though. If it were my car I'd prolly try repairing the fit myself...if I could find the right color paint. The si, mmm, $100 isn't bad if what they do'll repair it for good.

yeah if i had any idea of what i was doing maybe i woudl try it myself, but i don't know i'm really anal about how my cars look, but then at the same time i really cheap, so i dont' want to fork out the money.. i don't know we'll see, still need the estimates...

any other opinions on the quotes guys?
