Skid Plate

I was driving along minding my own business, until someone decided to drop a 2x4 from there truck onto the road. I ran it over, oh course, and it ripped my skid plate. Lucky for me the engine and oil pan was ok. But my skid plate is tore apart. Does anyone know the cost of replacing one?

why would it cost a few hundred to mount a few screws and clips?
am i missing something here?

if you're going to sell the car try salvaging the skid plate if you still
have all the pieces. remove it from the car, place it upside down on
a flat surface and take some epoxy and some plastic sheets (home depot
garden trim or watever) and piece it back together. if the plastic
is deformed use a heatgun and re-shape it.

once it hardens it will probably be even stronger than factory.

I had mine replaced, and I did the owrk myself, it came to about 200$ to replace the wheel wells, and the base skid plate that attaches the bumper to the frame, then there is another undercarriage shield, and that covers the engine, I didn't replace it, it was ok.

But go check it out, it's all clipped on, only a 10mm on the drivers side for some reason, and 2 screws holding the wheel wells to the main skidplate/cover.
