From what I have been seeing and hearing MSRP for a 2008 is a very good price.

Also, welcome to the family of fit freaks!

Two hours in the dealership is normal. Some may take faster, some longer.
My deal took about the same amount of time as yours. The good thing is
that you came out of the dealer with a brand new ride. And it's a Fit.
What dealer did you go to?
Congrats on your SSM purchase. Welcome to FF.

Welcome aboard.

My purchase took no time at all, but my wife's Accord was a four hour negotiating session six years ago. We got up to leave three times and they still kept coming back for more.
Next time a negotiation session gets ugly like that, we're getting a pizza delivered to the dealership just to make a point.

my paperwork took forever as well. one good thing that came out of it was. they had a little mini golf thing there and it was supposed to be if you made the putt then you got 500$ cahs back instantly. well long story short i sank the putt like tiger woods on the 18th. and the lady told me sorry. that was only for sonething that has to do with the credit union. well after some negotiating i ended up with oil changes for life

I'll settle for a putting green at my dealer just to keep me occupied! Then I'll just let my wife sign everything while I work on my short game.

MSRP on a new Fit is a good deal...many are paying over sticker. Congrat's on the new ride! SSM FTW!

We bought ours on June 2, paid cash, and still spent 2+ hours at the dealership. But I love it.
