Question from a complete noob: The Honda website and brochure don't offer the Fit in Taffeta White. Was this color discontinued for 2008? Tried search, but no luck.

Just curious. My dad was interested in getting a 2008 in white, but it didn't look like you could. So he got one in Tidewater Blue.

Yea, they took out TW for 08's in the US, but they put in TW for the 08's in Canada.

 

White was my first choice, but I could not locate one for MY07 at the time I was interested. Decided to wait for the 2008's, didn't do my homework in advance on colors for '08, and ended up missing out on all the available '07 TWs. Oh well, such is life.

as soon as i found out the white fit wouldnt be offered in 08, i called my budy who is a salesman and told him to locate me one, a sport with black/grey interior. he found me 3 in a 12 state region. a few hours later he told me one was sold so i told him to secure me one...and thats the story of how i got my white fit sport 5 spd with black/grey interior.


p.s. white fits > all other fits

As an owner of an s2000, I just gotta wonder about Honda's decision-making process sometimes...

 

same story here...did not do my homework...

bought my FIT auto last week....
I asked for a white and dealer said ...SORRY FOOL...WE DONT HAVE IT FOR 08...

I settled for Milano Red and VERY HAPPY but was overcharged....

He probably means why Honda at times do things that dont make alot of sense. The same goes for Honda Canada too....but still love their products!

 

What about yellow?
