But it is actually fun to drive with its excellent handling, the fit and finish is far ahead of its competitors, and all the controls feel high quality.

I'm not really one for the "look at me" styling of the tuner crowd (though I understand the appeal). I like that people look at it and dismiss it as Yet Another Econobox (especially thieves and police ). It's like being part of a secret club that few others know about.

BTW, the thread title is misleading. I think that's why some of the responses are about mileage, practicality and handling, all valid answers to the thread title.

Last paragraph is duly noted:
I have changed the thread title to clearly focus the discussion on the Fit's appearance, rather than its many other excellent qualities.

Yesterday I was at a horse show in Tunbridge, VT, and several people asked about the Fit -- mileage, how to configure the seats, how it handled snow, etc. It was a very eye-grabbing vehicle, sitting amidst the big trailer-hauling Yukons, F-350s, etc. My Fit is red, and it looked really snappy against the lush grass with the low wooded mountains in the background. While I really, really like the design of the windows (as mentioned in the post opening this thread), the vibrancy of the color is also visually appealing.

I like the front end the best like many people have noted. It's cute!

Hard to say a single item.

For me it's the fact that's it's the BEST value in a Subcompact bar none.

I love the illusion factor of the Fit from the front coming at you it looks like some sporty little thing with it's low to the ground stance, google eyes and foggers and then that awesome body kit. Then when you see the rest of the car it is like what the heck is that things!

I like that you can fit so much crap in such a tiny, fuel efficient car.

my fit is my first safe daily driver. I pick it up tonight providing my old car dosnt die on the way to there. It will also have a hell of alot better MPG then my FD

From my understanding the fit will not light on fire have the oil pump fail or any of the other fun crap my dailys generally have.

Looks-wise, I really love the way the car looks from the front. It's unmistakable on the road when you pass one going the other direction. Very sporty, and I love the short snout.

I love my LED tails, too, but the hindquarters of my Fit still needs some work before I'd consider it my favorite part of the car's looks.

i love the versitility of the seats, it almost makes my odyssey obsolete. i also love the pics of all the crashed fits on the forum because everyone was ok. so i guess some of the stuff you dont see is also my favorite because my wife drives the car most days.

There's no single thing for me that stands out. It's how the WHOLE package works well together. It's not the fastest/slowest, its not the most fuel efficient/gas hog, its not the cheapest/most expensive, etc. But everything just works together nicely.

Ironically thats exactly how I describe my NSX. Must be a Honda thing.

I agree with FitRunner, its the whole package in how it comes together. One thing I like in terms of look is the lack of a side molding to protect the door. I like the clean smooth surface rather than that interrupting it... they don't seem to protect the door all the much anyways...

Best thing about the Fit

Dirty Mode!

Well, OK. There's also the cool VBP color that the gals I know seem to like a lot. But mainly, for me, there's a shitload of room in the car for hauling my gear. I can haul almost all my photography stuff in this car, and that is no small amount of stuff. (My first choice was gonna be a Cooper, but I would have had to make 40 trips before taking the first shot.)
The Fit is the coolest car on the road. No, really, it is.

If the Fit were human you might say that they were "well rounded".
