No, they just give you a better price on the extended warranty if you're a costco member...uhh... supposingly. But I'm thinking about canceling my extended warranty now cuz I don't think I'll be using it. They first offered me over $2,000 for the extended warranty, but I said no. Then they said that since I was a costco member, they bumped it down to $1,600.

Go for it. That is a good deal. BOM is hard to find was my original first choice but was told they would be really hard to find. I paid $17001.00 for my car a year ago. No deals on the Fit unfortunately! Your car will have about 7 miles on it by the time it gets here from Japan
