Thanks for all the info - and pictures. I really appreciate it. I just love the way the white wheels look. I went to a local rim/tire store this morning and they will not touch a white rim. Said if I purchased the OZ on line they would not install them - liability issue - too easy to scratch. They suggested Koing Again 4 a black rim with red strip - but I am just not feeling those. So the search continues -

hmmm weird, ive never had any problems with taking my wheels into any local wheel/tire store.
I guess keep asking around, im sure there has to be a shop that is willing

I told her I didnt get that either. Painted wheels are painted wheels.
If they know what theyre doing mounting tires on painted wheels is easy. I did it all the time when I worked at my last job.

White wheels are prone to scuffs from the head, but if youre easy they wipe clean.

Yeah Cat that shop must be weak, try another tire place and they will hook it up. The tire shop i went to did mostly higher end cars, they were cool and said if they scratch even a little bit they would by me a new set! Go find a place like that and your set.

most places like costco use the touchless systems.

the machines dont even touch the wheels. only the cheaper places use the rims thingy touching type stuff. but they should do it from behind, so your wheels shouldnt be scuffed at all.
