It may be that by constantly changing things around that affect the ride and handling is part of my problem and with Christmas being close I can't take a chance to figure how to drive to adjust to a change without worrying about banging into someone else that can't stay on their side of the road... Then their are also wild hogs and deer on the roads too... I just can't get loose and relaxed like I always could.... I'm edgy right now or I would be out driving... It's time for a chill pill and a nap, maybe I'll do a back road run tonight.. with a little less pressure in the larger tires and a softer setting on the dampers.... The thing is crazy neutral and so far has made no attempt to break loose on the front or rear.... Come to think of it that is exactly the way the Blue Skunk2 KWSC car did on the tuners challenge TV program....

Interesting thread. He probably was driving into a lower elevation overall (and had the help of some tailwinds). Notice his tank numbers dropped quite a bit not long after. Not to mention, the return trip on that section would probably have been much worse, going uphill and all.
I have seen 60's and 70's on stretches of road that are going downhill, but that just averages in with the 20's to 30's coming up in elevation.
