Well, this is the 2nd time this has happened even being plugged in, the car wont turn over. I had to jump it at work last time and we checked the block heater and it showed to be working. Guess it's time to call up Honda again and see if my battery is malfunctioning.
I disconnected my t1r voltage stabilizer and also my rust shield just to be safe and still after being plugged in for 8hrs, it goes "click click click etc"
I'm just glad its in the garage and not in some mall parking lot at 3am.
This never happened on my auto fit - really frustrating.
Happen to anyone else in really cold climates and what did honda do for you?

I haven't had any starting problems Halcyon. I don't recall trying to start it at -40 yet, however, I have started it in the mid -30's and it was fine. I was actually impressed with how quickly it did start up. I usually run my block heater on a timer so it's only on for 4 hours before I plan to start the car, but when it's in the -30's, I just run it all night.
I've also started the car in the -20's when I've forgotten to plug in and same thing, no problems at all.

No problems here, 2 year old Fit LX auto.
Did you check the batt. voltage? Needs to be at least 9V for starter.
Is the belt tight and the alt. charging the batt.
Any draw on the batt. when sitting?
If you take it in have them check the starter draw and if the pos. cable and grounding of the starter are O.K.
