I remember when I used to have a black car, everytime I wax it,it looks worse than before because there are so many swirl marks.

I went to my buddy shop guy and asked him to show me the correct way,to this day I still cant replicate his work.Especially on dark cars.
i doubt this is the case im not trying to say im a pro at waxing cuz im far from it just because when i waxed i looked over the car very closely and didnt notice the scratches im guessing something hit the car on the freeway.

Flat Black is an amazing color on cars. You should really go get your car painted flat black, that would so sick. Flat black car, rims, grill, everything flat black!

i heard somewhere that our paint is specially econo-friendly. something about it being water based, and is a one - step paint. may not even contain primers and such. i dunno anything about paint tho.

gotta be kidding me, love my Fit but paint is horrible, small little chips and scratches occur way to easy, had 250,000 miles on my jeep and NEVER had that.

mine is parked in a VERY tight space in the garage, and twice already I've dragged the door and mirror against the garage pillar. Amazingly, it didn't scratch the paint, but left paint from the pillar that rubbed out. Maybe just lucky, but the paint so far has resisted my efforts to destroy it.

I purchased my Fit in July '07, park it outside most of the time, and it has absolutely no scratches to date. In fact it still looks as good as it did when I drove it off the dealer's lot. I wash it once a month and have waxed it twice in 8 months.

Also ... I had my first oil change yesterday at 4,110 miles. The oil change, tire rotation, and wash/vacuum set me back a whole $45.00!
