Feelin the Love...
Having a Fit has been a real eye opener for me. The Fit is the wife's car and I have a WRX. When I'm out in the Subaru, other Suby drivers wave, but mostly its young guys wanting to race that check out my car.
When I'm out in the fit, all sorts of people smile and wave and lots of people point and tug at the sleeve of their significant other and mouth the words "we should get one of those".
If I had to pick one word to describe the Fit, it would "fun".
Fun to drive, fun to haul cargo, fun to gas up (cause it so cheap), fun to talk to people about.
Lets hear your fun Fit experiences.

I've yet to pay $30 or more for a full tank.
I've yet to get below 29.5mpg city
I can fit all my dorm stuff in my Fit, sans fridge and microwave. (They could fit, but the added weight would be very noticeable.)
It still loves me even though I've grinded 2nd gear thrice and 4th gear once.

I get a little screwed with more now that I have this car compared to
my Civic.
Got another "is that a hybrid?" response from a family friend.
And those are from new fellow Honda owners...pretty funny right there!
People do pay more attention to me in this car, only other car I have
been in that people actually cared that I was there was a classic mini.
(my fav car....so it makes me feel warm and fuzzy )
My GF misses my old car (for sentimental reasons) but she LOVES the
Fit....
I dont think I have talked to anybody about it that didnt show some genuine interest and some sort of amazement at what
it can do...

a few times in the summer with the windows down i get some ladies saying hi at a stop lights, or waving while at the beach....no complaints from me!
ive had tons of people ask "what kinda mileage that thing get" and "what is that" (esp since i took the fit emblem off)
ive also had some guys in older hatches give me the staredown...
and im guessing i'll be getting alot more attention this next summer since my wheels will be on and if i keep the beast it will have numerous more mods to stand apart from the other fits.
