Naw, I think it's shallow too. But something that didn't prevent me from getting it.

Just a thought. Looking at mine, I think if the bottom of your rear drink holder was cut open it would be way deep. Maybe too deep?
Bottle of water would stay put for sure, but a can drink may fall too low

Maybe there's a way to do that and still have it look good?

Finally got my armrest a little while ago. Had to go down to DHL to get it. Installed it and i just love it! makes getting into the car easier, by using the armrest as support. Only thing is that when its fully extended, its weird releasing the e-brake.

Ok for those with the $300 College Hills Honda import. With it in place and cruising with hands on wheel I'm wondering how long an arm is needed to have it supported well on the arm rest and holding the wheel???

Well, Im short (5'6'') and I can have my hands on the wheel and my arm/elbow still on the rest. AND, the rest isnt in its full out position.

I have a complaint about the center console. I now store my wallet inside the bin under the armrest. So I open and close the armrest daily 2-3 times. The screws holding the rest onto the console. Anyone noticed when opening and closing the rest, the back (where screws go into) moves like its sorta flimsy?

Im worried Im going to open the rest one day and the screws are going to pull right out.

I just got the non-folding arm rest from zeta and it's pretty nice. I didn't screw it in, just took some black fabric and wedged it in. I was expecting a pretty snug fit without the wedging, but turns out it was very loose, and it took a fair amount of fabric to make it tight. But it's holding up pretty well and doesn't rattle because of the fabric.

I personally prefer having a removable arm rest, that way if I need the space between the seats I can just remove the arm rest. Like if you need to carry a bike like this https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...ats#post141177.

Quality is a bit cheap, especially the fold up cup holder on the back, but it certainly look OEM (at least to me). My only problem is it doesn't fit my half size tissue box, it's just a little off. I guess I'll have to crush the box a little to fit it in.

You know what, I have no idea! It looks fine from the driver seat with the passenger seat in the background, I'll have to take a look from the back this weekend in daylight.
