Honda Jazz (UK) 02 Audio System Panel

Hi everyone, I got a Honda Jazz 02 in UK. Recently, I want to fit an Alpine CD player in my Jazz, however I can't find the empty panel from the audio shops and even Honda UK. Is there any brother know where i can find the empty panel? Thank a lot!!
